I don’t quite remember which was the first coffee shop I tried first in Ho Chi Minh, but it was most likely a Trung Nguyên Legend Coffee, the one in district one, next to Maruku Udon. It was the usual hot Bạc Xỉu they serve. Strong and mildly sweet, just the way I like it.…
